About Us
Beginnings
Joe Bellar Homes is a part of Honey Girl Properties, LLC. A joint venture started by Natanya and Joe Bellar in 2015.
The company name originated in honor of Natanya's father, Robert "Bobby" Thiel. He always referred to her as his "honey girl".
Experience
Joe has been involved with building and construction for the past 40 years. His experience ranges from home framing crews to multimillion dollar project inspection with Texas Tech University. He is a past president for the Oakmont Property Owner's Association and currently serves as a member of the Architectural Review Committee.
